Positive: The house is very spacious with lots of areas to relax, with an amazing water view. Beds were comfortable, plenty of parking. The location is peaceful and relaxing, with a great coffee shop / bar in a reasonable walking distance. The whole area is pretty and beautiful. Easy driving access to Woy Woy, Ettalong and Umina for markets, shops and eateries.
Negative: A few more essentials such as tea (was only green tea), coffee (some random sachets), salt and pepper missing. The furniture is dated, the pool cues had no tips and the table was in an awkward location, the bar was impractical, Foxtel did not work. Bathroom and kitchens are dated but very functional. Grill does not work. The woven artwork and hanging baskets of plastic flowers gave it an very old appearance. Tumble dryer does not work.
Summary: A lovely peaceful and relaxing space great for groups or family's

Positive: We are a family of five so booked this property for the facilities that were available, so pool table, pool, and ping pong table were great. Being so close to the water was lovely, however access is restricted to the front of this site only.
Negative: Please note that this property is dated and for sale, the TV's rely on your connections, so if you want to watch Live TV this is a no... The property also have an extensive list of do not's. Finally it could do with a deep clean.
Summary: Nice family short break in a good location.

Negative: The cooking pot and outside grill are too messy. In particular, cooking pots must be replaced, as there are not enough varieties. Knives are also not sharp and dangerous.

Positive: Plenty of room for our family group. Good location - easy walk to local coffee shop and quick drive to shopping centres, beach etc. Very quiet location.
Negative: The house needs a good deep thorough clean, not just a 'wipe over'. Many fittings need to be fixed - ie tap/shower/toilet washers, loose handles, window locks, etc.
Summary: Big house with lots of room in a quiet location.

Positive: We liked how quiet the location was and is very spacious, it fit 6 adults and 4 kids comfortably
Negative: We didn’t like how dirty the place was and how all the pool ques were either snapped or missing the tips.
Summary: Definitely would stay again however needs a very big deep clean.
